Please be aware that ordinary cacao powder is not the same as ceremonial cacao and won't do the magic. When cacao beans are processed into cacao powder, many of the beneficial compounds are removed. This includes antioxidants, flavonoids, and other nutrients. Ceremonial cacao, on the other hand, is minimally processed to preserve as many of these beneficial compounds as possible. This is why ceremonial cacao is often described as a "superfood." Please note: In case you have (very) low blood pressure or take high doses of ISSRs or MAO inhibitors on a regular basis, please inform me accordingly.
