Experiencing the positive effects of birth preparation on a daily basis, I am very passionate in offering this service to you. The course is tailored to your individual needs. Together, we can explore the different aspects of childbirth and help you develop an approach that helps you go into labour actively and with confidence. We will make space for your questions and concerns. I will share exercises and methods that will empower you to experience an empowered birth: breathing and relaxation techniques, strategies for coping with challenges etc. My suggestion would be to meet 2 x 2 hours if that resonates with you. Splitting the course will allow you to integrate the first part and summon questions for the second half. Of course we have full flexibility if you want to add extra time.
